Waiver

WAIVER: I acknowledge that walking and running can be an inherently strenuous activity and that no event is without risk. I hereby agree that both myself and my dog(s) should not participate unless we are physically able and properly conditioned. I also affirm that the dog(s) participating have current rabies vaccination. I hereby waive all claims against the Orange County SPCA, the City of Huntington Beach, all event sponsors and any person functioning with respect to the event for any injury, accidents, physical conditions that I or my dog might suffer in this event. I grant full permission for organizers to use my name, likeness, or voice and photographs, videotapes, or quotations from me in accounts and promotions in any medium of this event.
